Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be received via email to Cancellations received via email before January 15, 2019 (by 11:59 PM EST), will receive a full refund minus a $25 administrative fee. Cancellations received between January 16, 2019 and February 1, 2019 (by 11:59 PM EST), will be refunded 50% of the registration fee. No refunds will be processed after February 2, 2019 (11:59 PM EST), or for no-shows.

Sunshine Act

In order to help supporters comply with the Sunshine Act, the names and contact information of all U.S. licensed physicians participating in industry supported functions at this program will be provided to the supporters of that function. The information provided will be used for reporting purposes only as part of the Sunshine Act submission.
