Non-CME evening sessions $40,000 each SOLD OUT
We’re offering 2 sessions on Friday, March 8 from 5PM-6PM (still available) or 6PM-7PM (no longer available). The fee includes the room, room setup, basic audiovisual, and some marketing. Additional costs could include any additional marketing efforts as well as any faculty expenses, such as honorarium and/or travel, offered. The evening program is held in the main arena and can accommodate up to 500 people.
NON-CME Breakfast Session $30,000
Engage with our attendees during a one-hour session on Saturday morning from 7:00 AM – 8:00 AM. The fee includes the room, room setup, basic audiovisual, and some marketing. Additional costs could include any additional marketing efforts as well as any faculty expenses, such as honorarium and/or travel, offered. Breakfast Program is held in the main arena and can accommodate up to 500 people. Breakfast, which is included in the application fee, is served beginning at 6:30 AM.
Refreshment Break Sponsorship $7,000
Prominent signage and logo-napkins display your corporate logo for all to see as they enjoy networking with good food and drink. Many breaks are “themed,” offering corporate name tie-ins.
Your sponsor support allows all attendees to enjoy a fantastic lunch spread, while you benefit from added exposure through prominent signage and logo-napkins.
Hands-On Workshop $20,000
Be able to train and certify attendees on the technologies and devices that your company has to offer. The 4 one-hour sessions will take place on Saturday from 1PM-5PM. The fee includes room, room setup and some marketing. Additional fees may include, AV, shipping and additional marketing.
Room Keys Sponsorship $10,000 SOLD OUT
This is the perfect opportunity to be the first brand to connect with attendees. Your logo will be printed on room keys that will be handed out to guests upon hotel check-in.
WiFi Sponsorship $8,000
Associate your brand with wireless internet capability for all attendees! Your corporate name and logo will appear on hundreds of business-card sized WiFi cards that show the log-in information.
Powerstation Portable Sponsorship $8,000 for ten units
Associate your brand with much needed “juice” for the attendees’ electronic devices. The PowerStation Portable charging unit is a small battery powered device that can be placed wherever charging capabilities are needed. The units will be branded with vinyl labels and placed on different tables throughout the foyer.
